Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert has said that he is pleased with his side's goalless draw against Cardiff City.
The result lifted Villa up to 11th in the table and brought to an end a run of two consecutive Premier League defeats.
"I thought David Marshall pulled off two world-class saves in the second half - the one at the end and the one earlier to his left hand side," BBC Sport quotes him as saying.
"Second half, I thought we were excellent and on another night we would have come away as winners.
"If you pick up points away from home they'll take you a long way in this league, so I'm happy with a point."
Aston Villa are next in action when they face Newcastle United on February 23.
