Aston Villa have reportedly started to prepare for life in the Championship by drawing up a list of potential transfer targets.
According to the Daily Mail, one player high on that shortlist is Bolton Wanderers playmaker Zach Clough.
The 20-year-old was the subject of two bids from Bristol City during the January transfer window, but he remained at the Macron Stadium.
However, the report has claimed that Villa are keen to prise the youngster away at the end of the season.
It is believed that Bolton may be forced to cash in on Clough to ease their current financial problems.
