Aston Villa will reportedly bid £15m for Crystal Palace striker Alexander Sorloth as they look to bolster their attack this summer.
Sorloth is currently on loan at Trabzonspor after failing to make an impact at Palace following his arrival from FC Midtjylland in 2018.
According to the Birmingham Mail, Villa sent scouts to watch the Norwegian in action in Turkey where he has been in excellent form.
Sorloth is currently the Super Lig's top scorer with 16 goals from 20 appearances, while he has also managed six assists.
The 24-year-old has 22 caps for his country Norway but managed just one goal in 20 appearances for Palace.
Villa have been short on goalscorers this season after Wesley picked up a serious injury and Jonathan Kodjia was sold.
