Aston Villa striker Darren Bent has admitted that he expects to leave the club in the next few days, but refuses to be drawn on which team will win the race for his signature.
Bent has been linked with Newcastle United and Fulham in recent weeks, with Villa boss Paul Lambert willing to do business at around £5m.
The England international confirmed that his exit is imminent while signing a shirt for a young Villa fan yesterday in a video that emerged on YouTube late last night.
He said: "I'll be out of here (Villa) very soon."
When asked whether his next club will be Fulham or the Magpies he replied: "We will have to see."
The 29-year-old has scored 25 goals in two-and-a-half seasons at Villa Park.
