Aston Villa are reportedly eyeing up a double raid on the Championship for David Brooks and Michael Olise.
The Villans are flying high in the Premier League, sitting eighth in the division with games in hand on the majority of sides above them.
According to The Mirror, boss Dean Smith is eager to strengthen in the January transfer window in order to maintain or better his side's position in the second half of the campaign.
Bournemouth attacker Brooks, previously tipped to join Manchester United, and Reading winger Olise are said to be the two players Villa are targeting this month.
Brooks is believed to be rated at around £17m by Bournemouth, while Olise will be available for below the £10m mark.
