West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce is said to be keen on bringing Aston Villa defender James Collins back to Upton Park.
The 28-year-old Wales international joined Villa from the Hammers in September 2009 for a fee of £5m.
Allardyce is in need of a new centre-back and wants to re-sign Collins for a price of £2m, according to The Sun.
Collins made 34 appearances for Villa last season, but his future is in doubt following the arrival of new manager Paul Lambert.
