Preview: Astra Giurgiu vs. Celtic

Sports Mole previews Thursday's Europa League encounter between Astra Giurgiu and Celtic in Romania.

Celtic can qualify for the last 32 of the Europa League on Thursday with a win over Astra Giurgiu in Romania.

Ronny Deila's unbeaten side will go through to the next round if they pick up the three points and Red Bull Salzburg defeat Dinamo Zabreb in Group D's other game.

The Scottish champions have hit a rich vein of form in recent weeks, triumphing in their last five matches in all competitions.

One of those wins was a nervy 2-1 victory over bottom-placed Astra in the reverse fixture in Glasgow two weeks ago.

Romanian minnows Astra are currently without a point in Group D due to three consecutive defeats in this season's competition.

Derk Boerrigter is missing for the visitors after recently undergoing knee surgery, while Kris Commons and James Forrest are both doubtful. Kehinde Fatai and Alassane Toure are among those missing for Astra.
