Athletic Bilbao midfielder Benat has revealed that he is relishing the competition in the Basque side's squad this season.
The Spaniard joined Bilbao from Real Betis in 2013, but initially struggled to make his mark at San Mames.
The 28-year-old has been an ever-present this season, however, in a Bilbao side that are currently unbeaten in their last four in the league.
"In truth I'm comfortable and confident. I'm enjoying it on the pitch and what really matters to me is to help the team and I'm getting to do that," Marca quotes Benat as saying.
"Although we have a big squad, and we know that at any time someone else can play and play just as well or better.
"We have chances and we're not playing badly away from home, but we've not had that bit of luck that will bring three points. We have to keep working and eventually the wins will arrive."
Benat, who has four Spain caps to his name, has started all but one of Bilbao's nine league games this season.
