Preview: Espanyol vs. Atletico Madrid

Sports Mole looks ahead to the La Liga meeting between Esponyol and Atletico Madrid.

Atletico Madrid put their 100% record on the line at Espanyol in La Liga this weekend.

Diego Simeone's side are one of two teams to have won every league fixture so far, the other being Barcelona, who sit above them in the table on goal difference.

Leo Baptistao is likely to miss out for Atletico after picking up a knock in training, while skipper Gabi is out with a knee injury.

Espanyol started the season well, but head into the match on a run of three straight defeats, their latest reverse being a 2-1 loss at the hands of mid-table Elche.

A win could potentially move them as high as fifth.
