Team News: Stefan Savic handed Atletico Madrid debut against Getafe

Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone makes six changes to his side for the La Liga clash with Getafe.

Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone has handed a debut to Stefan Savic for tonight's La Liga clash with Getafe.

The defender, who was a summer signing from Fiorentina, is one of six changes made to the side that started against Eibar.

Guilherme Siqueira starts at left-back in place of Filipe Luis, while Savic starts alongside Diego Godin in the centre of defence. Juanfran keeps his place at right-back.

Gabi is the only midfielder to retain his spot in the side, as Tiago drops out in favour of Saul and Oliver replaces the injured Koke.

Fernando Torres, who scored in the win over Eibar, starts up front alongside Antoine Griezmann, with Jackson Martinez on the bench.

For the visitors, on-loan Celtic striker Stefan Scepovic, who scored against Malaga last time out, leads the line while Alvaro Medran, who is on loan from Real Madrid, also starts.

Atletico Madrid: Oblak; Juanfran, Godin, Savic, Siqueira; Oliver, Saul, Gabi, Carrasco; Torres, Griezmann

Getafe: Guaita; Suarez, Alexis, Vergini, Vigaray; Medran, Rodriguez; Leon, Victor, Lafita; Scepovic
