The Colombian striker has netted 12 goals in eight games for Atletico this season and Adrian has branded Falcao "a goal-machine".
"We tend not to listen to what the press says about Falcao's future and neither does he. But it's normal that everyone is talking about him because he is a goal-machine," Adrian told AS.
Adrian has been linked with a move to Arsenal in recent weeks.
