Atletico Madrid will reportedly consider a move for Monaco defender Djibril Sidibe if they lose first-choice right-back Sime Vrsaljko in this summer's transfer window.
Vrsaljko impressed for Atletico during the 2017-18 campaign, but the full-back's future is said to be in doubt.
Manchester United have recently been linked with a move for Sidibe as Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho looks to provide competition for Antonio Valencia next term.
However, according to France Football, Atletico are also closely monitoring developments surrounding the defender, who is part of the France squad that will compete at the 2018 World Cup.
The 25-year-old, who has a contract with Monaco until the summer of 2022, scored three times and registered eight assists in 34 appearances for his principality club last term.
