The hosts are yet to taste defeat in the league this season, while Godoy Cruz are looking to clinch consecutive victories.
Match preview
A habit of drawing games has dominated Atletico Tucuman's start to the Primera season, with three of their four league fixtures ending all square.
The campaign began with a 1-1 home draw against Colon, before they played out a goalless draw away to River Plate on matchday two.
They managed to avoid a third consecutive stalemate in their third league game of the season, turning around a one-goal deficit to edge out Lanus via a 2-1 scoreline.
Another goalless draw followed against Huracan before their Copa Argentina campaign was ended by Independiente on Thursday, with a Juan Cazares winner condemning Atletico Tucuman to defeat.
Atletico Tucuman will now turn their attention back to league action, and they will be hoping to maintain their unbeaten record in the Premira Division with a positive result on Monday.
In contrast to their hosts, Godoy Cruz have lost two league matches this season, however, two wins in their opening four matches has ensured that they enter Monday's contest level on points with Atletico Tucuman.
The season began with a 1-0 away defeat before Godoy Cruz got their campaign up and running with a 2-0 win over Racing Club.
Another defeat on their travels followed on matchday three, but once again they bounced back with a home victory, edging out Defensa y Justicia via a 2-1 scoreline.
Francisco Pizzini opened the scoring for Defensa y Justicia, but goals from Guillermo Ortiz and Salomon Rodriguez helped Godoy Cruz clinch their second league win of the season.
They will now be aiming to follow that result with their first away points of the league campaign, having lost their opening two away matches.
