Mainz coach Thomas Tuchel has warned his players against underestimating Augsburg during the two sides' Bundesliga clash on Sunday.

Tuchel's team will head into the match placed fifth in the Bundesliga, while their hosts are languishing in the relegation zone.

"There are easier assignments," Tuchel told reporters.

"They're very unified, they trust their coach and now they have hope that they can really make use of the second half of the season."

Mainz will have striker Adam Szalai back from suspension for Sunday's match.
