Celta Vigo coach Luis Enrique could join the Catalan giants for free after earlier reports suggesting his buy-out clause was set at €3m (£2.4m), with Gerardo Martino's future becoming uncertain.
The former Barcelona B and Roma coach is being highly touted as the next Barcelona coach, according to Barcelona-based sports newspaper Mundo Deportivo, as Enrique signed a contract with Celta last summer for just one year with the option of an additional year, leaving him to join the Spanish rivals on a free.
Enrique has reportedly informed Celta that he would be looking to leave if Martino were to leave and Barcelona came calling.
Neither Celta nor Barcelona are willing to make an announcement on the issue with the season ending soon and both committed to their respective coaches.
