Granada head coach Abel Resino: 'We can beat Barcelona'

Granada are capable of beating in-form Barcelona, according to their head coach Abel Resino.

Granada boss Abel Resino has insisted that his side can get the better of Barcelona this afternoon.

Resino's men have won just three games all season, which has seen them drop to 19th in the La Liga standings.

However, despite being up against a side that has won 12 of their last 13 games in all competitions, Resino believes that Granada are capable of causing an upset.

"I see no reason why we can't win. Beating the best team in the world in recent years is an attraction for us and we'll be doing our very best to do that," he told reporters.

"What a small team has to do against Barca is try to surprise them with speed."

Granada have won only one of their previous seven meetings with Barca, who have won the other six encounters.
