Sports Mole looks ahead to La Liga's highly-anticipated tie between Barcelona and Atletico Madrid.

Barcelona and Atletico Madrid go head to head in a mouth-watering clash at the Nou Camp with six points separating them in the table.

Barca can extend their lead at the top of La Liga if they clinch a win on home turf, while their Madrid competitors can close the gap to just three points if they surprise the table-toppers.

The match throws up the prospect of plenty of goals as record breaker Lionel Messi is expected to line up for Barca, while prolific striker Radamel Falcao, who has reportedly attracted interest from a number of rival clubs, is expected to be used as Atletico's main goal threat.

Cesc Fabregas is likely to remain sidelined for the fixture, which means that Alexis Sanchez may start as an attacking threat, while Atletico are expected to call on Diego Costa to help Falcao up front.
