Ronald Koeman's future as Barcelona head coach will be resolved this week, according to a report.
The 58-year-old is under pressure on the back of a disappointing first season in charge at Camp Nou.
Barca won the Copa del Rey with victory over Athletic Bilbao in last month's final, but they exited the Champions League at the last-16 stage and finished third in La Liga.
That is the Catalan giants' lowest league finish since 2007-08, which is also the last season they had a lower final points tally.
Koeman stated after Saturday's late 1-0 win against Eibar that he is confident he will still be in place next season.
However, Spanish outlet Sport claims that a final decision will not be made by club president Joan Laporta until later this week when the two men sit down for talks.
Legendary former Barcelona midfielder Xavi is the favourite to succeed Koeman should the Dutchman be sacked.
