Barcelona are reportedly assessing their options when it comes to completing a deal for Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann.
Despite being heavily linked with the France international since the end of the season, Barcelona are allegedly struggling to meet the £108m release clause in his contract.
Atletico are said to be uninterested in accepting any deal which includes installments, instead demanding the full fee in a one-off payment from the La Liga champions.
According to Marca, Barcelona are looking at ways to finance a transfer as soon as possible in order to add the attacker to their squad.
Previous reports have indicated that players will have to be sold before big-money additions can be made during the current window.
Atletico have already moved to replace Griezmann with the signing of Joao Felix from Benfica.
