Barcelona, Bayern Munich 'join Jadon Sancho race'

Barcelona and Bayern Munich are in the race to sign Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho, according to a report.

Barcelona and Bayern Munich have reportedly joined the race to sign Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho.

The England international will allegedly leave BVB during this summer's transfer window, and a whole host of clubs - including Manchester United and Liverpool - have been credited with an interest.

However, according to Sky Sports News, Dortmund's Bundesliga rivals Bayern Munich are also in the hunt for the 19-year-old, while Spanish champions Barca have put their name in the hat.

The former Manchester City youngster has been in excellent form at club level this season, scoring 15 times and contributing 17 assists in 29 appearances in all competitions.

Lucien Favre's side are allegedly open to selling Sancho this summer but will demand that interested clubs submit offers in excess of £100m.

United, who are facing a battle to secure a return to the Champions League for next season, are allegedly the teenager's number one choice.
