Barcelona have reportedly set their sights on signing Sevilla winger Erik Lamela, amid interest from two other La Liga outfits also.
The 30-year-old has missed a large portion of this campaign due to a shoulder injury, which ruled him out from November to March, but Lamela has chipped in with five goals and two assists in 16 league outings.
That league contribution for goals scored is the Argentine's best since the 2015-16 season, when he also netted five goals in 34 Premier League games for Tottenham Hotspur.
According to Fichajes, Barcelona will go in pursuit of Lamela to add attacking experience to their side, but the Blaugrana will face competition for his signature from Atletico Madrid and Valencia.
Lamela's destination is likely to depend on which of the three clubs offer Sevilla the best deal, with three years left on his contract with Julen Lopetegui's side adding value to his asset.
This year was Lamela's first with Sevilla after joining from Spurs last summer, and he would add Champions League experience to any side having made 23 appearances in that competition across his career.
