David Beckham's Inter Miami have reportedly made contact with Barcelona forward Luis Suarez over a proposed summer move for the South American.
The former Liverpool man has supposedly been informed by new Barca manager Ronald Koeman that he is surplus to requirements at Camp Nou and is free to leave this summer.
Suarez's former club Ajax are reportedly hoping to bring the Uruguay international back to the Eredivisie, while Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain are also believed to be in the running.
Now, The Independent claims that Inter Miami and Suarez have spoken about a potential move to the MLS, although the striker would be forced to take a significant pay cut should a deal come to fruition.
The report claims that former PSG man Edinson Cavani is also on Beckham's wishlist, although Inter Miami would face stiff competition from Real Madrid for the signature of Suarez's compatriot.
Suarez has a contract with Barcelona until 2021, but the 33-year-old is allegedly set to see his deal terminated as Koeman plans a major overhaul ahead of the new campaign.
