Barcelona are reportedly stepping up their interest in Atletico Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann after club president Josep Maria Bartomeu met with the forward's family.
Mundo Deportivo claims that the Barca president met with Griezmann's sister - who helps manage his affairs - and parents at a meal in the Spanish city.
The meeting was allegedly set up to finalise a deal, which could cost £87m, for the 26-year-old's transfer to Camp Nou.
Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde is reportedly looking to bolster his attack, with the goals up front currently being supplied by Luis Suarez and Lionel Messi.
Griezmann was expected to join Barcelona before the start of the current season, but a deal failed to materialise after Atletico were hit with a transfer ban.
The Frenchman has only managed five goals in La Liga so far this term.
