Deportivo La Coruna boss Victor Fernandez has confirmed that he wants to sign Barcelona forward Bojan this summer.
The Spanish striker will leave the Camp Nou in the near future, with Stoke City also strongly interested in the former Roma attacker.
However, Fernandez has vowed to do all he can to convince the player to remain in Spain.
"I've spoken with Bojan because I have a good personal relationship with him," Fernandez told reporters at a press conference.
"Bojan is not my player yet and I'm not keen on talking about him signing, but he's a player I love and he would fit in perfectly with the profile we're looking for.
"Here, he could find a suitable place to achieve his definitive explosion as a player."
Deportivo were promoted back to La Liga last season.
