Juventus reveal Alexis Sanchez interest

Juventus CEO Beppe Marotta confirms that the club want to sign Barcelona attacker Alexis Sanchez.

Juventus CEO Beppe Marotta has revealed that the club are interested in signing Alexis Sanchez from Barcelona this summer.

The Chilean international scored 19 times in La Liga this season, but was left out of the majority of the big matches.

A number of clubs have been linked with a move and now Marotta has confirmed that the Italian champions are interested in his services.

"We're looking for a versatile player who can operate in several positions," Marotta told Sky Sport Italia.

"We are looking for a quick wide attacker. We would like to have a player like Sanchez but there aren't many players like him at the moment.

"And we shouldn't forget that Barcelona made a big investment to get him. But I repeat, he's a player we would like to have."

Sanchez moved from Udinese to Barcelona in 2011.
