However, according to Mundo Deportivo, the 28-year-old is still determined to return to Spain amid a 'climate of tension' with Leonardo.
The report claims that Barca would have to pay in the region of £157m in order to secure a deal for the South American, who would want wages of around £400,000 a week at Camp Nou.
Neymar's commitment to PSG continues to be called into question, but the attacker has produced on the field this season, scoring 16 times and providing 10 assists in 20 appearances in all competitions.
