Neymar has revealed that he will remain at Paris Saint-Germain for at least another year.
With less than two years remaining on his contract, the Brazilian has been linked with an eventual exit from Parc des Princes.
However, due to the financial implications of the coronavirus pandemic, no club is prepared to meet the attacker's valuation, said to be in excess of the £200m which PSG paid Barcelona for his signature.
Despite over a month remaining in the summer transfer window, Neymar has moved to commit his immediate future to the Champions League runners-up.
Speaking to the club's official magazine, the 28-year-old said: "I'm staying at PSG next season, and with the ambition to return to the Champions League final, this time to win it.
"I like the idea of doing everything to leave my name in the history books of my club."
PSG may look to cash in on Neymar if they are unable to agree fresh terms with the player over the next 12 months.
