Brazil manager Tite has admitted that the transfer saga involving Neymar and Barcelona concerns him due to the forward's recent lack of playing time at Paris Saint-Germain.
The 27-year-old, who moved to PSG for a world record £198m in 2017, has pushed hard for a return to Camp Nou all summer after falling out with the Ligue 1 champions.
As a result, Neymar has not played a minute of PSG's last four games, with club supporters unveiling an X-rated banner slamming the Brazilian ahead of their opening clash against Nimes.
When asked about whether Neymar's lack of game time at PSG worried him, Tite told Sky Sports News: "Yes. It does and I hope that it is solved.
"But it's a variable that escapes me, it is beyond me. I can't solve this situation. I have hope, the only thing I can do is to hope. Beyond that, I don't have any power."
Neymar is understood to have been left 'sad and deeply' angry by PSG's failure to sanction a move to Barcelona this summer.
Barcelona, who will push for Neymar once again next year, failed to complete the deal due to the club's reluctance to pay the full £200m combined with PSG's refusal to lower their valuation.
