Landreau, who left Lille by mutual consent on December 6, has committed to the Ligue 1 newcomers until the end of the season.
The 33-year-old will officially join Bastia on December 31 and he is likely to make his debut against local rivals CA Bastia in the sides' Coupe de France clash on January 6.
Landreau has been capped 11 times by France at senior international level.
