Omer Toprak has returned from suspension to the Bayer Leverkusen starting lineup for their Bundesliga game against Werder Bremen at home this afternoon.

The defender will have Philipp Wollscheid, Daniel Carvajal and Michal Kadlec alongside him in the back four, with Bernd Leno between the posts.

Andre Schurrle and Lars Bender both start for the hosts, while Nils Petersen will spearhead Bremen's attack.
