Franck Ribery is back in training with Bayern Munich as he continues his recovery from a knee problem.
The Frenchman will have the international break to step up his rehabilitation from the injury that has restricted him to just one Bundesliga appearance so far this season.
Ribery, 31, did some ball work for the first time since being ruled out of the Champions League victory over Manchester City last month when he reported to Bayern's training base on Wednesday.
The German champions are reportedly hoping that the inflammation around his tendon will have subsided in time for him to play some role in their match against Italian giants Roma on October 21.
The former Marseille winger, who was named European Footballer of the Year in 2013, has netted a total of 64 goals in 179 top-flight outings for the Bavarians and scored on his only outing this term.
