Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Florian Neuhaus has denied rumours claiming that he has agreed terms with German giants Bayern Munich.
Neuhaus is currently preparing for his first major international tournament with Germany, having earned six caps since Joachim Low gave the 24-year-old his debut in October 2020.
The Monchengladbach central midfielder has been linked with a move to Bayern Munich following a season which saw him find the back of the net eight times and provide as many assists for his teammates.
However, in an interview with German outlet tz, Neuhaus denied the rumours and remains concentrated on his current club: "I also read that my move to FC Bayern in 2022 was already a done deal. I can clearly deny that here and now.
"I haven't signed a contract anywhere except with Borussia Monchengladbach. I feel very much at home there at the moment.
"Home is a very important point for me. I can well imagine living in Markt Kaufering again later. But I also found a piece of home in Düsseldorf, where I met my girlfriend and I feel very comfortable at Gladbach."
Neuhaus arrived at Monchengladbach in 2017 and since making his debut in 2018 he has gone on to make 116 appearances for the club.
