Wolfsburg coach Dieter Hecking has admitted that he is confident that the club can wrap up a deal for Bayern Munich midfielder Luiz Gustavo.
Hecking said that he is aware of interest from other clubs, including Arsenal, and was waiting for Gustavo's return from international duty to hear his decision.
"We can't confirm the transfer yet," Hecking told SID. "He has been with the Selecao, so we haven't had more talks.
"We hope he will decide for Wolfsburg. Of course we know there are several other clubs interested."
Gustavo has made 64 league appearances for Bayern since signing for them in 2011.
