Non-League outfit FC United of Manchester have announced that they will host Benfica in a friendly this summer.
The match has been arranged by the club as part of a "summer of celebration" that marks the opening of their new Broadhurst Park stadium.
The two sides will face each other at the as-yet-unfinished ground on May 29.
FC United of Manchester were formed in 2005 by Manchester United supporters who were unhappy with the club's takeover by American businessman Malcolm Glazer.
"FC United of Manchester is delighted to be playing Benfica as one of the first games in our new ground at Broadhurst Park in Moston, North Manchester," general manager Andy Walsh told the club's official website.
"We have had good relations with Benfica since hosting their Under-19s when they played Manchester City in the UEFA Youth League last season. We are proud to be playing one of the largest fan-owned clubs in the world and are looking forward to welcoming Benfica's representatives to Manchester."
FC United are also planning to play a friendly against AFC Wimbledon.
