Report: Real Betis want Bryan Ruiz on loan

A report claims that Real Betis want to sign Fulham striker Bryan Ruiz on loan.

Real Betis are reportedly interested in signing Fulham striker Bryan Ruiz on loan in the January transfer window.

The Spanish outfit are in the market for at least one new striker after scoring just 15 goals in their 18 league matches this season, with a total of 11 points leaving them bottom of the table.

Real Zaragoza's Victor Rodriguez and Monaco's newly-acquired forward Lacina Traore are two names that have been linked with the Seville-based club over the past week.

However, according to Marca, Betis boss Juan Carlos Garrido has personally called Ruiz in an attempt to secure his services for the remainder of the season.

Ruiz, 28, who has been with Fulham for two years, has scored just one league goal this season.
