Steve Kean will reportedly face talks over his future after Blackburn Rovers were knocked out of the Carling Cup by Cardiff City last night.
Goals from Filip Kiss and Kenny Miller sealed the 2-0 victory for Cardiff on an emotional night for Welsh football just two days after the death of national team manager Gary Speed.
Under-fire Kean now faces a showdown with Blackburn bosses, according to The Sun.
"We all want the same thing - to win games," Kean said after the match.
"We all have to put this behind us and be united. We forfeited our chance in this competition to get to a cup final — and now we must treat Swansea City like a cup final on Saturday."
Blackburn currently sit at the bottom of the Premier League with seven points from 13 games.
