Blackburn Rovers have signed French Under-21 international Bryan Dabo on loan.
The 21-year-old joins Rovers on a deal until the end of the season that the Lancashire club can make permanent in the summer.
Dabo broke into the Montpellier first team last season but has struggled to feature this season, appearing for just 50 minutes in Ligue 1.
Speaking to Rovers' website, Dabo said: "I'm here to enjoy my football and to play well with the team and maybe catch the playoffs.
"It is a new experience for me - a new country. I'll try to speak English, have a good attitude, keep smiling and enjoy my time here, then everything will be okay."
The midfielder will not be available for tonight's trip to Barnsley in the Championship.
In other news for Rovers, Raheem Hanley today mutually agreed to cancel his contract.
