Josh Morris has signed a three-year contract with Bradford City after agreeing to the termination of his contract with Blackburn Rovers.
The midfielder joins the League One side on a free, but the Ewood Park outfit have included a sell-on fee after allowing the 23-year-old to leave.
Bantams manager Phil Parkinson told the club's website: "We are delighted to have Josh on board. We have tracked his progress for some time and he enjoyed a good season in League One with Fleetwood Town last year.
"He got eight goals from midfield for Fleetwood last season, making him one of their top scorers, and he will add something extra to the squad. We look forward to working with him."
Morris came through Blackburn's youth system, but has had a number of loan spells over the last three seasons.
