The 21-year-old is out of contract in the summer and is expected to leave following the club's relegation to the Championship, according to The Mirror.
Interested parties will have to part with £5m if they wish to sign him, however, as he is under the age of 24.
Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal and Bayern Munich have also been linked with the talented attacker.
