Former Blackpool midfielder and free agent Elliot Grandin is reportedly poised to sign for Crystal Palace, managed by his former boss Ian Holloway.

Former Blackpool winger Elliot Grandin has reportedly agreed to reunite with his former manager Ian Holloway at recently-promoted Premier League club Crystal Palace.

The Eagles have already recruited striker Dwight Gayle and winger Jerome Thomas in an effort to improve their squad for the upcoming campaign.

Holloway is keen to add more fresh faces to the Palace ranks and has targeted French playmaker Grandin, whom he worked with during Blackpool's top-flight campaign.

According to L'Equipe, Grandin has been released by the Tangerines this summer and Palace have offered the 25-year-old a one-year contract to play at Selhurst Park.

Grandin scored one Premier League goal during his spell with the Seasiders.
