Bolton Wanderers chairman Phil Gartside believes the Owen Coyle is the right man to steer the Premier League side in the right direction, despite a disappointing period in the season.
The Trotters are bottom of the table, five points adrift of safety and have been defeated in 12 of their last 15 games.
"Owen's our man," The Mirror quotes Gartside as saying. "We are working to a longer term here. He is committed to it and we are committed to the job in hand.
"We have had to change the way we work because of the finances of football but Owen's a big part of that project."
Bolton take on Fulham an Craven Cottage on Saturday.
