Bolton Wanderers are reportedly close to signing two new players, while also agreeing a new deal with Emile Heskey.
Stephen Dobbie and Lawrie Wilson are both thought to be on manager Neil Lennon's wishlist this summer, after being let go by Crystal Palace and Charlton Athletic respectively.
According to BBC Sport, both players are now on the brink of making a move to the Macron Stadium as the start of the new Championship campaign draws nearer.
Meanwhile, Heskey is thought to have been offered new terms following a six-month stint with the Trotters last season.
Wanderers have so far brought in Ben Amos, Gary Madine, Derik Osede, Jordan Lussey and Jon Ceberio during the transfer window.
