Borussia Dortmund kept up their 100% record in the Champions League with a 4-1 triumph over Galatasaray at Signal Iduna Park.

Marco Reus and Sokratis Papastathopoulos handed Dortmund the lead with goal either side of the break, but Galatasaray kept their hopes alive when Hakan Balta headed home from a corner.

However, Dortmund booked their spot in the knockout stages with two late goals as Ciro Immobile found the net after coming off the bench, before Semih Kaya inadvertently diverted the ball into his own net.

Goal

Roman Weidenfeller: The Dortmund goalkeeper had no chance of keeping out Balta's header, and wasn't asked to do much else on a quiet night at the office. (6/10)

Defence

Lukasz Piszczek: Uncharacteristically quiet going forward, but stuck to his defensive duties well to keep Blerim Dzemaili quiet. (6/10)

Neven Subotic: Cesare Prandelli's decision to play just one striker allowed the Serbian to concentrate on winning the longer balls directed at the Dortmund defence. Dominant in every challenge. (7/10)

Sokratis Papastathopoulos: The Greek defender took his goal well, and was the star performer at the back for his side. Refused to give Umut Bulut an inch as he made a number of vital tackles and interceptions. (8/10)

Erik Durm: Offered a good option going forward early in the match, but didn't get to see as much of the ball after the interval. Comfortable in defensive areas. (6/10)

Midfield

Sven Bender: Received an early booking, but refused to let the caution have an impact on his combative style of play. Started a lot of attacks with his ability to win the ball in midfield. (7/10)

Sebastian Kehl: Partnered Bender impressively to help Dortmund control the midfield. Quiet in the second half, but played an important role for the hosts. (6/10)

Henrikh Mkhitaryan: Terrorised Galatasaray in Istanbul last month, but struggled to have the same influence on this game. Often on the periphery of the game, despite making very few mistakes. (6/10)

Shinji Kagawa: Made too many errors in the final third of the pitch, but linked play well with the Dortmund midfield. Taken off just after the hour mark. (6/10)

Marco Reus: Germany's attacking midfielder wasn't always at his best, but his quality was often too much for Galatasaray to handle. Finished superbly to break the deadlock in the first half. (7/10)

Attack

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang: Arguably caused more problem when operating from the left late on, but he used his pace well to provide a good outlet for Dortmund. (7/10)

Substitutes

Ilkay Gundogan: Displayed a couple of nice touches, but he still looks short of his best after spending so long on the sidelines. (5/10)

Ciro Immobile: Superb 20-minute cameo from the Italian forward. Finished off an excellent counter-attack with a calm finish for Dortmund's third, and it was his volley which Semih Kaya inadvertently turned into his own net. (7/10)

Adrian Ramos: Unable to make any impact after being introduced as a replacement for Bender in the 84th minute. (5/10)

GALATASARAY

Goal

Fernando Muslera: Unable to prevent Dortmund from securing another win, but may have felt he could have stopped Immobile's effort from rolling past him. (5/10)

Defence

Tarik Camdal: Struggled to get close to Reus in the first half, and put his side under pressure with his failure to return from attacks quickly enough. (5/10)

Aurelien Chedjou: One of the rare good performers for the visitors. Made a superb block in the six-yard box to keep out Aubameyang in the second half, too. (7/10)

Semih Kaya: Often caught out of position as the movement of Dortmund's attacking quartet created a difficult problem. (5/10)

Hakan Balta: Headed home emphatically to give Galatasaray a chance of staging a late fightback. Energetic display, but too wasteful in possession. (6/10)

Midfield

Blerim Dzemaili: Miserable night for the Swiss midfielder. Often found himself in dangerous positions, but wasted a number of chances to deliver crosses and regularly gifted the ball back to Dortmund. (4/10)

Hamit Altintop: Typically busy in midfield, but he was unable to get the better of the dominant Kehl and Bender. (5/10)

Felipe Melo: Made a couple of brilliant tackles in the first half to keep his side on level terms. However, the Brazilian faded as the match progressed. (6/10)

Selcuk Inan: The Galatasaray captain was prevented from getting forward due to his side's struggles to keep the ball in the final third of the pitch. Prandelli would have expected more from his key man in midfield. (5/10)

Wesley Sneijder: The Dutch playmaker allowed another game to pass him by as Dortmund kept him quiet once again. Nearly scored with a long-range strike early in the second half, but the his overall contribution was poor. (5/10)

Attack

Umut Bulut: Galatasaray's lone striker didn't get once chance to test Weidenfeller. Lost the physical battle to Subotic and Papastathopoulos before eventually being removed late on. (4/10)

Substitutes

Yasin Oztekin: Plenty of running in his brief spell on the pitch, but he was unable to make an impact on his return to the club he left as a youngster. (5/10)

Burak Yilmaz: The striker enjoyed similar luck to Bulut in the closing stages as Dortmund refused to offer him a chance of reducing the deficit. (4/10)
