Half-Time Report: Wolfsburg leading against Borussia Dortmund

Ivica Olic gives Wolfsburg a 1-0 lead over Borussia Dortmund in their Bundesliga match.

A strike from Ivica Olic has given Wolfsburg a 1-0 lead against Borussia Dortmund after 45 minutes of their Bundesliga match.

The visitors had the first chance of the evening when Olic was found inside the box by Ivan Perisic, before firing a strike just over the bar.

They had another chance soon after, but Junior Malanda could only put his close-range effort wide of the post.

In the 34th minute Wolfsburg took the lead through Olic, who slotted in from close range after Malanda's header was saved by Mitchell Langerak.

Olic should have scored a second minutes later as he was picked out in the six-yard box by Kevin de Bruyne, but he turned the ball onto the bar.
