Raffael fears Kevin De Bruyne, Sergio Aguero

Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Raffael picks out Kevin De Bruyne and Sergio Aguero as the two main threats for Manchester City in Tuesday's Champions League clash.

Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Raffael has picked out Kevin De Bruyne and Sergio Aguero as the two main threats for Manchester City in Tuesday night's Champions League clash.

Pep Guardiola's first European group match in charge of Man City will see Bundesliga outfit Gladbach make the trip to the Etihad as the 2016-17 campaign officially gets underway.

Man City won both of their meetings with Gladbach in last season's competition and Raffael, has claimed that a draw would "absolutely" be a good result from Tuesday's clash.

"They are a very strong team. We played against them last year, and it's not easy to play against teams with such quality," Raffael told Goal.com.

"Especially with Aguero and De Bruyne up front, it's very complicated! The most complicated thing will be from their midfield going forward. Would a draw be a good result? Absolutely! The first game, away from home, against City... it would be nice."

Gladbach have only won one of their four European meetings with Man City, and that sole success came in the UEFA Cup in 1979.
