Bournemouth and Ipswich Town have played out a goalless first half at the Goldsands Stadium in their Championship clash.

The visitors did most of the early running with Frank Nouble watching his shot saved after 12 minutes, although Ryan Fraser tested their defence on three separate occasions thereafter.

Bournemouth stepped up their game as Elliott Ward and Matt Ritchie had chances to break the deadlock, but failed to take them.

However, it finished goalless at the break with the home side slightly in control of the contest.
