Norwich City, Swansea City track Harry Arter?

Norwich City and Swansea City are both reportedly tracking Bournemouth midfielder Harry Arter.

The 23-year-old signed a new long-term deal with the Cherries back in November before they gained promotion to the Championship.

However, Norwich and Swansea will battle it out for the Irishman's signature this summer, according to Sky Sports News.

Arter joined Bournemouth in 2010 following a short spell at Woking.
