With Ederson suffering an eye socket fracture in March, Alisson will remain Brazil's first-choice goalkeeper when they open their Copa America campaign against Costa Rica on Monday.
Among the notable absentees for Selecao are record goalscorer Neymar and Richarlison, who are both struggling to recover from injuries.
Danilo will captain the Brazilian squad for this tournament, with the Juventus right-back playing 2,541 minutes in Serie A this past season.
Douglas Luiz could soon be a teammate of Danilo at Juve, and he is likely to be in Brazil's starting 11 following a spectacular campaign at Aston Villa, where they qualified for the Champions League for the first time since 1982-83.
Their most experienced player, Marquinhos, is another leader along the Brazilian backline and is expected to be paired with 2023-24 Champions League winner Eder Militao.
Militao will be one of the many Real Madrid players that Dorival Junior will be counting on to have a big impact at the Copa America.
Rodrygo and Vinicius Junior have linked up well at club level for Los Blancos, with the former scoring their only goal for Brazil against the US, and the latter netting 21 times domestically to help Madrid capture the La Liga title.
While Vini Jr is a leading candidate to win the Ballon d'Or, he needs to improve his goalscoring form internationally, netting just three times in 30 appearances for Brazil.
Rounding out the list of Galacticos is 17-year-old Endrick, who is officially joining Real Madrid in July following a splendid season at Palmeiras in the Brasileiro Serie A.
Earlier this year, he became the youngest player to ever score a goal at Wembley Stadium in a 1-0 victory over England, and he netted 13 times for his club side in Brazil last season.
Lucas Paqueta will be counted upon to create chances, with the West Ham midfielder also more than capable of pushing forward and being a threat in front of goal.
Brazil possible starting lineup:
Alisson; Danilo, Marquinhos, Militao, Wendell; Guimaraes, Luiz; Raphinha, Paqueta, Rodrygo; Junior
