Brentford defender Tony Craig loses his appeal against a three-game ban.

Brentford defender Tony Craig will serve a three-match ban after having an appeal rejected by the Football Association.

The centre-back was sent off for an off-the-ball incident with Dave Kitson during Tuesday's 2-2 draw with Sheffield United in League One.

He will now miss the club's final two games of the season and the first leg of the playoffs if they fail to achieve automatic promotion.

Brentford return to action on Saturday when they travel to Hartlepool United.
