Oscar Garcia pleased with Brighton & Hove Albion performance

Brighton & Hove Albion manager Oscar Garcia reveals that he is pleased with his side's display despite conceding a late goal in their draw with Hull City in the FA Cup.

Brighton & Hove Albion manager Oscar Garcia has revealed that he was pleased with his side in their draw with Hull City in the fifth round of the FA Cup.

The Seagulls looked poised to reach the quarter-finals as Leonardo Ulloa's goal had given them the lead at the Amex Stadium, but a late leveller from Yannick Sagbo forced a replay for the Tigers.

Garcia told Sky Sports News: "I think in the first half we were the better side. In the second half, the game was very even and we had the chances to win.

"But the game could have gone either way. I am really pleased with the performance of all my players, especially the younger ones.

"I think we had chances to win and when you concede late on, you can be a little bit disappointed. But my feelings are really good, I am really happy, not the final result but that my players can play in the Championship and most of them in the Premier League."

Brighton or Hull will face Sunderland in the sixth round of the competition.
